As a consumer you undertake to provide correct and accurate information that will enable Consumer Fundi to liaise with your credit providers.

Fees

Fees quoted are in respect of services offered by Consumer Fundi and this does not include payments to any creditors on your behalf.

Consumer Fundi may withdraw for good cause, on receipt of incorrect or false information or non- payment of fees.

Consumer Fundi cannot be held liable for any inaccurate information contained in any credit records and disclaims all liability for any claims whatsoever.

Authorisation

Authorisation is given to Consumer Fundi to negotiate with creditors and propose payment plans to them. Consumer Fundi will not be held liable should creditors decline such plans. The consumer is aware that interest may still be incurred and cannot hold Consumer Fundi liable for any unpaid accounts.

Consumer Fundi offers a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE where we cannot improve your score on condition the client undertakes to comply 100% in terns of ALL the conditions applicable as follows:

  • not making any enquiries for any type of credit to any credit provider;
  • not obtaining a credit report from any reseller or credit bureau;
  • keeping all current accounts up to date on my payment arrangements;
  • not going under debt review or any other debt mediation services such as administration or sequestration;
  • not interrupting prescription in any form;
  • obtaining all paid-up letters from creditors where such accounts have been settled;
  • adhering to the maximum periods for displaying information as indicated by the NCR;
  • not going under any legal process by any of my creditors. This offer in only applicable upon receipt of all payments due to Consumer Fundi and excludes the upfront assessment.
